CAPO-SPARTIVENTO, THE PROMISE OF REFUGE

THE PROMISE OF REFUGE

SPACES OPEN TO THE BREATH

The Capo-Spartivento lighthouse stands at the end of the cliff overlooking the sea, stable and imposing, immersed in the quiet of the protected natural area. In the most absolute privacy, accompanied with discretion by our staff, staying at the Lighthouse does not entail any artifice, offering the spirit of an authentic and personalised experience that is shaped in harmony with the environment and according to the needs of its guests.

INTIMACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

The lighthouse complex, an exclusive 5-Star Hotel, faces the sea as an oasis of peace. Outside, facing the sea or in the courtyards inside the walls, elegant living rooms invite guests to enjoy their leisure, generous and regenerating. Some time spent reading or simply looking out and contemplating nature, the infinity pools and the hot tubs make every moment refined. The centuries-old olive tree at the centre of modern crystal gazebos bears witness to past eras. Inside, precious corners, welcoming environments and convivial areas are connected to one another in a refined game of intimacy and communication.

EXTERIOR

EXTERIOR

Frontally, the lighthouse overlooks the blue sea, extending into spaces designed to guarantee every comfort: immerse yourself in the infinity pool, characterised by the two jacuzzis, work out in the fitness area or relax in the spa. At the sides of the pool, the white leather living rooms are perfect corners for a breakfast or an aperitif at sunset and at the back, in the central area, eight crystal gazebos are available for lunches and dinners with views.

Living

Living

In the living area of the Lighthouse, different environments alternate in a delicate play of transparencies with powerful iron beams and large windows to mark the boundaries: the convivial area, embellished with wooden and crystal tables, cosy living rooms furnished with white sofas in Louis XIV style, and the large fireplace. The handmade cast iron spiral staircase leads to the old underground dungeon, now used as a cellar and for wine tasting.

ACCOMMODATION

On the first floor, the heart of the Lighthouse is revealed in the intimacy of its four suites, which cover an area of 35 m2. The white of the rooms and the warm light that filters through the windows illuminate the two suites with sea views. The glass windows of the bathrooms and wall cabinets become the main features of the two suites with hill views, divided into a living and a sleeping area. Then there is the splendid tea room with its fireplace, and separated from the central body of the building, the two mini apartments of 50 square metres with a private garden, in which the impeccable quality of service and maximum confidentiality are combined perfectly.

An enchanting setting for a romantic dinner. Higher up, the last round of steps concludes the ascent towards the lantern and leads a few steps from the rotating view, face to face with infinity.

With its characteristic U-shape, the building embraces the large teak courtyard that houses the refined white living rooms, ideal places for relaxation and meditation.
Instead, the equipped bar area, a wood-burning oven serving guests and access to the wine cellar, obtained from a water collection tank. Another important restoration work is the raised infinity pool, which expertly guides the gaze towards the hills of the hinterland up to the west coast.
